Ryan Horanburg, National FCA Lacrosse Director

Ryan, a native of Northern Virginia, formerly worked at Booz Allen Hamilton at corporate headquarters in McLean, Virginia as an associate focusing in the areas of strategic management, information technology, leadership and finance.

A 2000 graduate of Messiah College in Pennsylvania, Ryan earned a B.S. in Business Information Systems with a minor in International Business.  Ryan played lacrosse at Messiah College and Centreville High School, and has been involved with the lacrosse community for many years.

Ryan, his wife Kate, and their sons Ryan Jr., Rory, Riley and Reagan currently live in Owings Mills, MD.

Meg McKnelly, FCA Maryland Lacrosse Staff/ Girls Club Co-Director

Meg McKnelly went to Cape Henry Collegiate ('13) in Virginia Beach, Virginia where she played both lacrosse and basketball. She went and played lacrosse at the University of Delaware and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree ('17).  After graduating from UD, she moved to Baltimore, Maryland, where she is currently getting her masters in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Special Education at Towson University ('20) and got involved with FCA Lacrosse's National Ministry. Meg has been coaching lacrosse for the past 2 years. She started her coaching career with the FCA Maryland Club Girls out of Towson, Maryland and has coached multiple national teams both in Lake Placid, New York and Vail, Colorado. She has recently made the decision and has begun her process of coming on staff with FCA Lacrosse in Towson. She is excited about the opportunity to share Christ with the lacrosse community and to serve on the FCA Lacrosse staff. Meg resides in Baltimore, Maryland.

Lauren Iacoboni, FCA Maryland Lacrosse Staff/Girls Club Co-Director

Lauren (Wynne) Iacoboni went to River Hill High School ('08) in Howard County, Maryland playing lacrosse and field hockey. She played lacrosse and field hockey at Stevenson University ('10) and later played club lacrosse at Towson University ('13).  Lauren has been coaching lacrosse for the past 8 years. She started her coaching career with the Dulaney High School's program in Timonium, Maryland from 2010-2012 seasons, winning a county championship in 2010. She got married to her husband, Brian Iacoboni in 2013 and moved to Howard County, Maryland where she coached at River Hill High School's field hockey program in Clarksville, Maryland from 2013-2016. Lauren coached lacrosse at Glenelg High School (Glenelg, Maryland | 2014-2017) and helped the varsity team win a state championship in 2016 and again in 2017. Lauren served as the Interim Head Coach for Dulaney Varsity Girl's Lacrosse team for the 2018 season. The team went to the 2018 4A State Championship. In 2019, Lauren served as the assistant coach to Kristi Korrow at Dulaney High School and helped take the girls back to the 4A State Championship. Lauren was just named the Head Field Hockey Coach at Dulaney High School. She is excited about the opportunity to share the Christ with the lacrosse community and to serve on the FCA Lacrosse staff. Lauren and her husband, Brian reside in Hampstead, Maryland with their 2 dogs George and Kylee.

Brian Kelly, FCA Maryland Lacrosse Boys Director

Brian is currently the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at Goucher College. A Baltimore, Maryland native, Kelly played high school lacrosse at Towson High School before playing collegiately at CCBC Essex and then at perennial national powerhouse Johns Hopkins. A midfielder, Kelly was a second-team NJCAA All-American with the Knights in 1991, helping lead CCBC Essex to a NJCAA national championship that year. At Johns Hopkins, the Blue Jays reached the NCAA semifinals in each of his final two seasons at the school (1992 and 1993). Kelly was named an honorable mention All-American midfielder by the USILA in 1993, and he was also the recipient of the Turnbull-Reynolds Award which is given to a player who displays outstanding character and leadership. Brian was recently inducted into the NJCAA Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2015.

Dan Mulford, FCA Maryland Lacrosse Boys Operations Director

A native of Baltimore, Dan is a 2005 graduate of Calvert Hall High School. Currently the defensive coordinator for Calvert Hall, Dan joined the Cardinal coaching staff after being a high school head coach in Pittsburgh, PA. Prior to his high school coaching, Dan was a Division I assistant at his Alma-Mater, Robert Morris University. He held the defensive coordinator position for 3 years. Dan graduated from Robert Morris in 2009, where he was a 4 year starting defensemen and 3 year captain. During his time at RMU, Dan helped lead the program to a national rank of #18 within Division I Lacrosse. 

Dan and his wife, Allie, currently reside in Towson, MD.
